Описание

High-performance M12 X-coded for 10GbE capability.
Rugged Plug to Plug design with PVC housing.
Advanced S/FTP shielding for maximum signal integrity.
Extended temperature range: -25°C to +80°C.
Durable 24 AWG Cat5e cable for harsh industrial use.

The Delock Cat5e M12 X-coded 8-pin cable is engineered for demanding high-speed industrial networks. It delivers superior performance in harsh environments, supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) and other bandwidth-intensive applications. The cable features a robust Plug to Plug design. Its rugged, PVC-housed X-coded connectors ensure a secure and vibration-resistant connection. This design reliably supports data rates up to 10 Gbps. It is built with high-quality 24 AWG conductors and S/FTP (Shielded/Foiled Twisted Pair) construction. This provides exceptional shielding against both alien and internal crosstalk. The result is maximum signal integrity and error-free data transmission. The durable black PVC outer jacket offers excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and abrasion. With an operational temperature range of -25°C to +80°C, this cable is built to thrive in extreme conditions. It is the ideal future-proof solution for advanced industrial applications. These include automation, robotics, high-resolution vision systems, and other critical high-bandwidth networking challenges.

Versatile Connector Options

Multiple Connector Configurations: Available in a variety of termination styles, including M12 A-Coded and M12 X-Coded (for high-speed industrial Gigabit Ethernet), ensuring compatibility with different field devices and protocols.
Seamless Integration: Designed to easily connect industrial devices (PLCs, sensors, control boxes) to standard RJ45 devices.

Standardized Wiring Diagram

Guaranteed Compatibility: Fully complies with international wiring standards for both A- and X-coded configurations.
Plug-and-Play Reliability: Clear, standard Wiring Diagrams are provided to ensure correct and rapid installation, minimizing setup time and potential errors.

Premium Connectivity

Gold-Plated RJ45 Contacts: The standard RJ45 connector features gold-plated contacts (usually 50μ) for superior corrosion resistance and optimal signal conductivity, guaranteeing reliable data transmission even after repeated plugging and unplugging.

Extreme Environmental Protection

IP67 Waterproof Connectors: The M12 connectors feature an IP67 rating, providing full protection against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water.
Reliability in Wet/Dusty Conditions: Ensures a secure, sealed connection, ideal for food and beverage, marine, and harsh manufacturing environments.

High Flexibility and Durability

Flexible and Bend-Resistant: Constructed with High-Flex PVC or PUR jackets, the cable body is soft and highly durable, designed to withstand frequent bending and movement.
Anti-Stretch and Anti-Winding: Features strong tensile strength and an anti-winding design to resist tension, tugging, and physical stress without damaging the inner conductors.

Maximum Signal Integrity

Superior EMI/RFI Protection: Equipped with Double Shielding (Foil + Braid) to offer robust protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) commonly found in industrial settings.

Stable Data Transfer: Ensures high-speed, stable, and reliable signal quality for mission-critical applications.

Industrial Automation and Machinery: Connecting sensors, actuators, robotics, PLCs, and industrial cameras on automated production lines.
Transportation and Rail Systems: Used for onboard networking, surveillance, and control systems in high-vibration and shock environments like trains and buses.
Food and Beverage Processing: Essential for washdown areas where IP67/IP69K protection is needed against water and corrosive cleaning agents.
Process Control and Chemical Industries: Applied in environments exposed to harsh chemicals, oils, solvents, and extreme temperatures.
Outdoor and Maritime Applications: Providing sealed connectivity for equipment exposed to moisture, dust, UV rays, and salt spray.
Heavy Equipment and Construction: Used on mining equipment and construction machinery where high mechanical stress and debris are common.
